Designer turned AI strategist and forward-deployed engineer. 15+ years working as a product owner, founder designer, and design engineer, and leading design, engineering, and product teams inside large enterprises: Sourceful Energy, Vitality, Sony, Disney, BBC, NHS, and more.

Strategy, design, and engineering used to be separate handoffs. Now I do all three. I redesign the process before I automate it, then build and ship the agent that runs it. Day to day that means coaching and enablement, hands-on engineering, and running AI-native workflows with Claude Code.

Years of zero-to-one and enterprise-scale work mean I know every stage of getting a product out, and every stage of getting a large organisation to actually change how it works. I operate as a strategist and an implementer at once: not just advising, but shipping the thing myself.

Recent things I'm proud of: leading AI enablement across the Product Engineering function at Vitality, with 42 people coached and a 94% average improvement in flow time; running Cooper Banfield, my own AI transformation studio; and building and automating Tessera, a daily word puzzle, entirely solo, now past 100,000 visitors and 3 million tiles flipped.
